Brother of Nándor Madarassy-Beck. In 1895 he received the title of nobility, in 1911 the title of baron.
Professional activity
From 1964, he was the manager of the C.G. Cohen banking house in Pest.
Hungarian Clearing and Exchange Bank Ltd.
From 1870, he was the CEO of the Hungarian Calculation and Currency Exchange Bank Ltd., which was founded from the Malvieux banking house, and from 1899 he was its president.
He is credited with the establishment of the public warehouse.
Budapest Commodity and Stock Exchange
From 1875 he was a member of the Stock Exchange Council.
