The Stock Exchange Museum portal has been extended with photos of the stocks featured on the site, available in Hungarian public collections (mainly the Hungarian National Museum). This represents about 293 photos, which is 40% of the 739 shares on the site. The photos can be accessed from the individual share data pages, for example here: Bauxit Trust A.-G., Zurich
Like money, the shares of the time were a masterpiece of graphic design, reflecting the popular symbols and style of the time. For example, many shares feature the goddess Hungaria (or Hunnia) or other allegorical figures.

Equally common is the distant view of factory buildings.

During periods of inflation, shares had to be issued more frequently, so the shares issued were less sophisticated.

On several of the shares, we can also find the stamp of the 1936 enumeration (nostrification).

In the future, we plan to add photos of shares in private collections to the content, so we welcome applications from those who have shares whose photos are not yet on the site.
